MULTIPLE RING BUFFER in ArcGIS
1. Select the required area.
2. Clip the area.
3. Then we can get the clipped area. before make fishnet we have to get the measurements.

4. Go to the search tab, search for ' Create Fishnet'.
5. Next we have to convert that fishnet into 'kml' format. so we have to use 'Layer to kml' command.
(when we are giving a name to save we have to give it as ' example.kmz')
6. Now we should import it to the google earth pro. after drag and drop it will place. we have to adjust the fishnet as all four coners are visible. and we can save that sat image.
7. Again go to the ArcMAP. drag and drop the sat image.
8. Next we have to georeference it. if that tool bar not available in the window, we can acivate it. right click on free space of tool bar. put the check mark on 'georeferencing'.
9. To create the buffer we should have a poit. so we have to create personal geodatabase. inside of that we should create new feature class. that feature class also should match with the same coordinate system which is having other layers.
10. to create number of buffer from one point. we can search and select 'multiple ring buffer' command.
Finally we can get a required buffers.
